Gourmet Restaurant In chic bistro format, with its fir-green parquet flooring, this attractive table has secured a place for itself in the neighborhood. Bruno Laporte, the chef, and Florentin Fraillon, his accomplice in the dining room, provide the show and the taste, and have found their cruising speed by gently pushing up the prices. Hidden menus (you're in Paris, you can't let the customer decide!), at €59 and €79 for lunch, €98 for dinner. With an eco-responsible approach and plates on Insta, the menu "shakes up the codes".
