Gourmet Restaurant Longevity proves quality: what was once a trendy neo-bistro is now a sure bet in the neighborhood, with its professional welcome, impeccable variety and yield on the lunch menu for €26, and an evening menu that's open to the world and its trends, meticulously produced in a tasting format that allows you to sample widely: celery and kohlrabi gyoza with aji amarillo caramel and cumin sauce, grilled octopus with hot hummus and veal jus, quail stuffed with umeboshi, romanesco and pomegranate tabbouleh, chocolate ganache with tonka emulsion, lime and mint sorbet.
