Gourmet Restaurant Beyond the rather amusing play on words, this is a serious address that doesn't take itself too seriously. The food is well prepared, the service professional and the menu well thought-out, never allowing banality to set in. Through the themes of the small plates (vegetable, sea, earth, sweetness), you can compose your dinette to your liking and without the risk of getting bored: eggplant au gratin with miso broad bean emulsion yuzu lemon, grilled calçot garlic cream smoked eel, kadaïf sesame and ponzu sauce, veal tartar tartlet homemade kimchi lobster oil. With a tartare of lovage melon with basil ice cream and seaweed crunch, you'll be able to sample four different, attractive dishes for around forty euros. And the cellar is full of surprises, both in color and region.
