Chef's Restaurant A solid gourmet house that represents its region so well! The Golla family, led by Chef François, knows how to entertain at its best, giving their guests the pleasure of good food, blending noble products and regional inspirations with a certain refinement: foie gras opera gel and cep powder, pike-perch supreme cooked at a low temperature baeckeoffe with summer truffles, pigeon from Alsace chez Kieffer, breast in truffle Viennoise, leg in pastilla, wings in fleischnacka and peas... Each plate is generous and full of the desire to do things right, and there's plenty of attention to detail, right up to the mirabelle plum dessert, caramelized kalamansi tart and kougelhopf ice cream. Well-constructed, layered menus, exemplary welcome from Anne Golla, who also advises on wines from a cellar rich in fine labels.
