Inaugurated in November 2021 after four years of restoration, this brand-new hotel in the heart of Strasbourg is already filling up with travelers and locals who have made it one of their favorite haunts. Housed in the former 18th-century residence of the Governor General of Alsace, the hotel has been redesigned by architect Jean-Philippe Nuel, who has created 116 rooms and suites, each with its own unique style. Some are attic rooms, others have high ceilings, but all overlook the splendid 500 m2 courtyard terrace. The bar features an elegant solid wood counter and deep armchairs, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail. Next up is the Léonor restaurant, celebrating the best of Alsatian traditions with delicate cuisine imagined by the duo Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal. A member of the Sogehô family, this contemporary and witty address skilfully revitalizes the city's hotel offering.
