The restaurant is modern, and yet you can sense its soul and history here—the story that Alexandra and Henri have been crafting since moving from La Ferme Gourmande, with equal parts talent and sincerity. Chef Henri Amestoy passionately works with local ingredients to create dishes that reflect his commitment, crafted with respect and good taste: Kriaxera duck terrine with herb gribiche sauce, baby squid with grilled blood sausage and lentils, Kintoa pork loin from Oteiza with cuttlefish ink jus, and chocolate cake. Pure joy and indulgence, always at reasonable prices.
