Pecoitz is first and foremost a family story based on the values of openness and conviviality, in a regional setting with a pleasant terrace. The cuisine, simple and local, has retained these values and remains faithful to tradition, with foie gras, duck confit and suckling lamb, as well as Atlantic hake and the famous Iraty trout.
