Gourmet Restaurant After the experience of Gastón Acurio's La Gare, the address, now in the hands of the Moma Group, has given itself a slight decorative facelift to attract influencers: light fixtures under a glass vault, emerald zelliges on a solid wood counter or even garlands of lights in the guinguette style... The experience, which is more social than culinary, comes at a price: expect to pay €70 for the complete sequence, a rather rare price for a place more suited to cocktail nibbling. Dishes inspired by the South American-Japanese-African fusion of "worldwide" cuisine offer a few well-twisted suggestions: the "clásico" ceviche of lean meats and tiger leche, or the otoro of fatty tuna with sweet potato, grilled corn or melting red bean, with a well-staged coconut dessert.
