Close to the La Muette metro station, on the first floor, a dark, wood-panelled room with chef Shota's counter. He offers several lunch formulas, including sushi, sashimi, chirashi and the large Kura menu at €48, as well as a dinner menu at €65. For lunch, after the amuse-bouche, chicken dumplings and a perfect egg, followed by sashimi and then the fish or meat of the day (an honest sirloin tataki the other day), before the camembert cheesecake and blood orange dessert of the day. To accompany this, a fine menu of hot and cold sakés, in a classic cellar. A small terrace in front of the restaurant, for fine weather, and diligent, unenthusiastic service.
