Chef's Restaurant At the bottom of a building that's not much funnier than this, a Japanese enclave with a fine reputation for uncompromising authenticity. The €69 menu is an excellent introduction to Japanese culture, with sashimi or miso eggplant, roast chicken with yuzu kosho and dashi carrot mousseline, raspberry and sakura flower entremets. A decent sushi sashimi menu at €48, with formulas to suit lunchtime. Drink Kirin or Kyoto organic tea.
