Original Restaurant "Here, everything is fresh, here, everything is homemade!" The mantra delivered with joviality by owner Christian Amic sets the tone for this practical, welcoming bistro on the gourmet rue de l'Annonciation, in the heart of Passy. The tradition is appealing, the execution less impressive, with hearty and pleasant classics, rabbit terrine better than perfect egg and bottarga, 7 o'clock lamb rather than rabbit pastilla, and good school desserts, crêpes Suzette, a Valrhona mi-cuit or homemade profiteroles. The cellar is fairly well-stocked, with everyday wines and a few big names.
