The brand is telling the truth, and the à la carte program is largely based on a marine theme: taramas, rillettes, bottarga, tiradito, oysters from Marennes or Utah Beach, tataki, ceviche, salmon tartare, fried octopus, salmon pavé with sorrel sabayon. We don't go as far as the catch of the day, but the catalog is right on target and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Lunch menu at €39.90, with the same wide choice, from starters to plates and extras. Pleasant terrace in fine weather.
