Chef's Restaurant Camille and Tristan Weinling, who have been in business for two years and whose chef was named Grand de Demain last year, are writing a new page in Alsatian cuisine, with their youth and their ideas. Here, to the south of Colmar, at the end of the Wine Route, they express all their talent. The dining room is pretty, modern, natural and warm, and the chef's dishes, inspired by the region but also by the spices of his childhood in Reunion, have a lot of flair. The fashion - which we hope will be short-lived - of the imposed hidden menu has reached Gueberschwihr, so you'll have to vote with confidence, but the commitment is limited to €80 for seven courses, and you're sure to find what you're looking for.
