Prestige Hotel Just a stone's throw from Colmar, one of the most pleasant stops on the Alsace wine route. Conceived as a resort, the first attraction is the magnificent Diane Barrière spa and balneotherapy center: 3,600 m2 of sauna, hammam, treatment and massage rooms, as well as a "lake of the senses" with geysers and a hydromassage circuit, and the "silence" and "crater" lakes with their infinity pools. So rejuvenated, you can discover the other activities on offer, including the casino with 200 slot machines and 11 gaming wheels. All this is just a stone's throw away from the dining areas, where guests are again spoilt for choice: La Brasserie, offering traditional Alsatian cuisine led by chef David Meyer, or Le Belvédère, for simpler, healthier fare. Last but not least, a mention for the ultra-comfortable rooms and suites (beautiful bathrooms, 5-star bedding...) featuring bay windows that reveal the exceptional natural surroundings, where you can admire the flight of the storks and the movement of the vines tumbling down the hills.
