Just a stone’s throw from Colmar, this is one of the most delightful stops along the Alsace Wine Route. Designed as a resort, the property is best known for its magnificent Diane Barrière spa and balneotherapy center: 3,600 m² featuring a sauna, a hammam, treatment and massage rooms, as well as a “Lake of the Senses” with its geysers and hydromassage circuit, and the “Lake of Silence” and “Lake of Craters” with their infinity pools. Once recharged, guests can explore the other activities the resort has to offer, notably the casino with 200 slot machines and 11 roulette tables. All of this is just a stone’s throw from the dining areas, where guests are, once again, spoiled for choice: La Brasserie, which serves traditional Alsatian cuisine under the direction of Chef David Meyer, or Le Belvédère, for simpler, healthier fare. Finally, a special mention goes to the 56 ultra-comfortable rooms and suites (beautiful bathrooms, 5-star bedding…) featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal the exceptional natural surroundings, where you can admire the flight of storks and the undulating vineyards cascading down the hills.
