Sponsored Welcome to Shiva Nagar, which means "House of Shiva" in Indian. The restaurant was opened by Singh in downtown Auxerre three years ago. Of Indian origin, and having evolved in the traditional French culinary world, Singh wanted to showcase the specialties of North Indian cuisine through refined recipes, in a sober and elegant setting. Singh also honors his origins in the heart of Paris, in the 14th arrondissement, with the Indian House. Its trademark: teams who concoct homemade dishes to order, using fresh, carefully selected produce. You'll love the pani puri, palak paneer, chicken vindaloo, biryanis, salmon korma or naan with Nutella. At Shiva Nagar, all palates, even vegetarians, will be won over by these subtle blends of spices and flavors. Since opening, customers have been unanimous in their praise for the atmosphere, the spirit of sharing, the meticulous preparation and the quality of the dishes...
