A welcoming 3-star hotel and a great option not far from the highway, perfect for treating yourself on your way to vacation. It’s a beautiful establishment run by the Vaury family since 1840, where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine, such as eggs in a Pinot Noir sauce, roasted pollock fillet with an anchovy crust, farm-fresh cream, ham on the bone with Chablis sauce, or a chocolate cake with hazelnut pieces.
