Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the city, an innovative and contemporary concept of seasonal and contemporary tasting plates, which demand lightness and respect for the product, through regular inspiration in an eco-responsible approach: croque-monsieur with fresh goat's cheese and garlic zucchini, bao marinated salmon with sesame, mango and cucumber chive cream, cauliflower steak with chickpeas and grapes in old-fashioned vinaigrette, and a long list of desserts in the same spirit (charlottine with raspberry, inverted mille-feuille with caramel cream...)...). The meal can be arranged in 3 plates for €34. Natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
