A beautiful restaurant in a beautiful Flemish village. Eugène Hobraiche has turned this typical brick house into a gastronomic landmark in the region, and fine dining has its destination. The manner is skilful, and the chef's mastery of classic dishes allows for a few whims, depending on what's available and what's in season, particularly in the attractive €58 and €72 menus.
