The beautiful brick house, solid and well-maintained, is a sign of confidence for the whole canton. Tradition tastes good here, and for those who want to get away from it all, there are some great classics, including foie gras with pineapple-mango chutney, skewer or grilled chicken supreme, and those who want to go back will find shrimp and smoked salmon croquettes, potjevleesch, welsh with maroilles and cod waterzoï.
