Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the city of Dunkerque, between the famous beaches of Malo-les-Bains and Bray-Dines, this recently restored hotel is largely inspired by the world of sailing. The 49 amber rooms are dressed in ocean blue, with lamps and woodwork straight out of a sailing ship's cabin, and a coffee shop where guests come for a drink or a meal of excellent local produce after a sea outing or a long walk on the beach. A warm and environmentally-friendly place (winner of the 2024 Clé Verte label).
