Gourmet Restaurant Between Saint-Omer and Dunkerque, this elegant blue house topped by a bell tower is now a fine 3* hostellerie, which also offers gourmet cuisine by Philippe Dubreucq. In a bourgeois atmosphere of studied refinement (serious table setting, silverware and caned chairs), you'll find great classics, flawlessly executed: duck foie gras, veal sweetbreads with Argenteuil cream, pan-fried turbot and porcini cream, pan-fried wood, beef fillet and red onion confit. Classic desserts. Professional service.
