Chef's Restaurant Xavier and Marie-Laure Radojewski's restaurant is an undeniable success, making it both the neighborhood restaurant par excellence and a business meeting place known throughout the prefecture. Enthusiastic, bright and innovative, Radojewski rethinks the relationship with the product through a cuisine that is fresh and honest, with compositions that play on cooking and textures with mastery. Once seated by Philippe, customers can discover the root vegetable pressé, tetragone, fermented quince, double cream and veal jus; the cod, carrot, smoked garlic, blackcurrant and tagette; the saddle of lamb, fennel, spinach, fermented plum, bottarga, lovage and chicken jus; and the dessert of sweet potato, goat's cheese ice cream, verbena, citron and cocoa bean.
