Gourmet Restaurant Le Bistrot du Palais is a very popular address with lawyers, with its majestic rooms and typical Lyonnais bistro menu. The decor is traditional, with a collection of still lifes overhung by copper pastry moulds. In the kitchen, too, with Sibilia's homemade andouillette with old-fashioned mustard sauce and steamed potatoes. The great classics are present: calf's head with gribiche sauce, hot Lyon sausage with vigneron sauce and melting apples. Very professional service, or a little less so depending on the case, and a cellar focused mainly on Beaujolais, at a fair price.
