Gourmet Restaurant A practical venue that doesn't disappoint, fulfilling its task with seriousness and professionalism. The welcome is cordial, there's a lively lunchtime scene, and the €31.50 menu prepared by Jean-Paul Lacombe's team is unbeatable in terms of choice and quality: parsley ham, marinated herring, crispy black pudding apple, gribiche calf's head, roast cod with lobster sauce, sauerkraut cabbage, farmhouse guinea fowl supreme with jus gras and polenta. So many choices from the seven desserts on offer, one service, a real brasserie!
