Gourmet Restaurant An institution with the Bouchon Lyonnais label, Val d'Isère is an authentic restaurant that lasts and remains true to its values, just as its customers remain true to it. The table keeps a true Lyonnais tradition alive, under the leadership of Édouard Baudin since 2019, who is attentive to the transmission of know-how, which we love to see every year. The menu hasn't changed much, but why change a winning team? On the menu, Puy lentil salad with saveloy, Isère trout gravelax and dill cream, calf's head with gribiche sauce, sapper's apron, veal liver with parsley, Bobosse andouillette with veal strawberry, praline tart and floating island... A fine cellar of chartreuses. Lyon menu at €29.
