Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the "Libé" market, among the stalls of fruit and vegetables, Bruno Cirino, the pope of La Turbie and last year's Gault&Millau d'Or winner, offers his vision of plant-based cuisine, with the same rigorous selection of produce as in his 18/20 gastro. The place is always packed with "those in the know", but for the undecided or the lonely, there's the sharing table. On the plates, color and fragrance come first, with Sardinian gnocchi with black truffle, puntarelle, fava beans, peas with anchovy or organic egg and vegetable compote and roots with truffles in season, lemon tart and candied mandarin sorbet, or pear and barley in puff pastry. In-house service, cellar perfectly selected by Marion Cirino herself.
