Chef's Restaurant The hushed atmosphere of a distinguished, discreet address just off Avenue Médecin, in this beautiful contemporary room, which has brought it closer to the town center since the move from Rue du Maréchal Foch. Mickaël Gracieux, with a champion's CV (having worked for Robuchon, Ducasse, Charial, Donckèle.... it's hard to beat him in the region), has been running the business with delicacy for the last ten years or so, and shows, without boasting, a fine consistency. We appreciate the relaxing setting, the diligent service and the seasonal, market-driven menu, with impeccable products and the meticulous preparation of a true pro.
