Gourmet Restaurant There's no doubt about the seriousness of the company: the pizza dough, both soft and elastic, and above all fresh from the oven at just the right moment, is the best in town. The products used for the toppings, like the wide variety of doughs, are top-of-the-range from the Botte region. Here and there, seasoning, sauces and textures just need a little polish, but the choice is vast enough to hit the mark, and the wines from all regions of Italy, including Sicily, are well chosen. Young, efficient and well-supervised service, under the close supervision of the boss, David Zuddas, right next door in his DZ'envies.
