Authentic, home-style cooking that honors regional and home-cooked traditions: eggs meurette, escargots, crispy pork trotter with herb-infused meat jus, Label Rouge poultry with tarragon, beef bourguignon, crêpes Suzette or Tatin—a whole menu of delicious treats that bring joy, without hummus or sushi.
