Remarkable Restaurant Lionel Hénaff's visit to this suburb of Quimper is always a great pleasure. Local produce subtly highlighted, seafood selected with a fine connoisseur's eye, a fine balance in the dishes, all seductive in honor of the region, in these dishes that are both joyful and daring: after the fine appetizers (including albacore tuna, zucchini fleur in a small vegetable stuffing), the quality of the line-caught sea bass, camus artichoke, green tomato juice, purple basil anchovy condiment, petit gris du Cap in tempura, equals the pleasure of the duck Burgaud, grilled romaine, liquorice béarnaise before the chocolate dessert with candied olives. The whole region comes here to rejoice, family and business alike, perfectly taken in hand by Frédérique Hénaff, winner of the "Accueil en 2023" award, who recommends a superb cellar, varied and interesting in price.
