Gourmet Restaurant This Moroccan institution with its turquoise facade is now run by Fatéma Hal's daughter, who has handed down the reins, without the effervescence of the past. The aromas of spices welcome you for a gourmet serenade, to enjoy on the spot or to take away: briouates with beef and coriander on a lemony eggplant purée, the classic Mourouzia, Fatéma's medieval signature dish, a lamb mouse flavored with ras el hanout, with almonds for crunch, raisins and a honey sauce, before a pastilla au lait, crispy pancakes topped with orange blossom cream. Some Moroccan wines, including Riad Jamil from the Beni M'Tir estate in the Meknes region.
