Gourmet Restaurant We're not going to repeat the "C'était mieux avant" every year, but it's undeniable that this flagship bistro of the 2000s is not quite the same in a new era. Even if a loyal clientele continues to frequent it with assiduity and pleasure. In the small, crowded dining room (why not open the second, larger room?), the choice is fairly classic: homemade country terrine, lamb sweetbread with mushroom puff pastry, veal kidney with mustard, fillet of beef with Sarawak pepper, apple tart, for a sequence that remains pleasant. The wine list is attractive, with a very convincing choice of wines from small regions such as Beaujolais, Jura or Auvergne, and a small selection by the glass.
