Gault&Millau's review 2026

This Italian restaurant exudes understated elegance, far removed from passing trends. The dining room has character, with its wood paneling, antique hardwood floors, exposed stone, and bistro chairs, all set in a warm and well-maintained atmosphere. The cuisine follows the same philosophy: refined, straightforward, and seasonally focused: fried zucchini flowers with ricotta and peas, spaghetti with a well-executed gurnard ragout—though it could use a bit more depth—followed by a chamomile semifreddo with caramelized apricots, rich and indulgent. The service, professional and seamless, complements a fine wine list featuring selections from both Italy and France. A serious and authentic establishment, though the hospitality would benefit from being a bit more relaxed.
