Gourmet Restaurant This is the table of the Maison Cadoret, the result of a long oyster-farming tradition on the Belon, and today the marine version of the Paul Bert bistro. The warm, vintage-style setting immediately puts you at ease as you rediscover the pleasures of the coast. Everything is on the slate: oysters, of course, followed by raw wild sea bass, radish and oyster leaf, half-blue lobster with kari gosse and home fries, sole meunière from petit bateau and grenailles with tarragon, and a lime tart.
