Chef's Restaurant Bertrand Auboyneau's restaurant returns in a new version designed by Pauline Séné, with an updated front and interior. The young chef imagines a new way of doing bistro cooking, with slash and revisits and a certain intelligence. You'll find dried duck breast with peppers, hazelnuts and olive oil; pollack, white asparagus, miso beurre blanc, dill and kumquat; veal onglet, eggplant, apricot and virgin ginger; and chocolate fondant, black sesame praline and salted butter caramel ice cream. Lunch menu €28.
