In the broad family of Parisian bistros, this P'tit Musset is something of a synthesis of today's genre: oysters and shellfish, charcuterie and cheese boards, Caesar salads and burgers, but also a little solid with aubrac tartare, angus rib steak or sautéed veal marengo. And even if in moderation, it's easy to lift the elbow with Piron's Morgon or Pigeat's Quincy.
