Gourmet Restaurant An address dedicated to marine flavors. The fun wallpaper (caricatured fish) transports diners into a relaxed atmosphere, while fresh produce takes center stage on the plate. The cooking of the scallops (diving, dill oil, citrus and kombu condiment) is more than successful, as is that of the octopus, testifying to a real mastery of the products, making you want slightly larger portions. The French toast with cockles and seaweed and the poppy-seed persimmon and chestnut cream ice-cream are further evidence of the chef's mastery. The drinks menu is short but interesting, with wine, beer, kombucha and even perry.
