A discreet sign on the long Rue Cardinet marks the entrance to a restaurant with many attractions, starting with Kelly Rangama’s vibrant cuisine, which bridges the gap between Paris and Réunion. It’s a resounding success—fragrant, expressive, and adventurous all at once: delightful sensations with the cuttlefish and kohlrabi with green pepper, the monkfish with peas, tamarind, and soy sauce, and the lamb with green asparagus in a robust caloupilé jus. Set menus at €118 (four courses) and €162 (six courses), plus a substantial selection of rums, curated by Jérôme.
