Léon is approaching its centennial, and it’s still going strong—full of vitality and with a healthy appetite. Here, we celebrate the Paris of yesteryear, a city that loves to eat and drink well and healthily, without restrictions or allergies, blending fashion and tradition to suit our guests: egg salad, burrata with tomato, salmon gravlax, tartare, burgers, sausage and mashed potatoes, confit suckling pig, rib of beef—a reliable menu enriched with seasonal specials, such as veal sweetbreads with morels.
