Much more than a simple marine counter, this pretty bistro in blue offers real cuisine, for lunch or dinner, working the product and trying winning combinations: red tuna snacked in sesame oil pressed with rosemary eggplant and piquillos, roasted fillet of sea bass with mushroom purée, peas and asparagus in hazelnut oil with yellow wine sauce, Bourbon vanilla tartlet, lemon bergamot pecan praline. A solid toque for a bar tabac bill, at €34 per menu (you can add Martine Dubois' cheeses for €10). The evening menu is €42.
