The simplicity of a wine bar, featuring off-the-beaten-path wines (such as Emilien Jean’s Marmande), paired with cuisine that also stands out and deserves its chef’s hat: sea bream carpaccio with buttermilk and tagetes, braised octopus seared on the plancha with lemon confit purée, chicken breast with black sesame pappardelle, peas, asparagus, and chicken jus… The €45 set menu is well-curated, finishing with a Black Forest cake.
