Gourmet Restaurant First and foremost, Davy Jobard does what he likes. His cuisine is more personal and less focused on regional considerations than that of his neighbors. The elegant house, with its rough stone walls, produces good and beautiful dishes according to the season, showcasing magnificent products from all over France, in graphic, uncluttered plates. The €56 menu offers excellent value for money, with crab crumble, field tomato and favouilles gazpacho, snails with chanterelles, black garlic and parsley, Dombes guinea fowl, chickpeas, butternut and apricots, and a dessert of strawberries, buckwheat and verbena. Small cellar with ideas (La Calisse, Agnès Paquet...).
