Laurent and Meia Guyon's table is a beautiful Tourtour house, with a dreamy panorama of the hinterland from the terrace. The chef cultivates a dual identity, between his native Var and his experiences in the West Indies, where he worked with his wife Meia. The result is a cuisine that's both regional and exotic, featuring duck foie gras with mango chutney, ravioli stuffed with Callas snails and creamy chorizo broth, and semi-cooked swordfish tournedos, citrus oil and potato mousseline, roast venison fillet, fregola sarda risotto with trumpets of death, fig sauce, duo of sweet and sour scallops and gambas, vegetable nems. From €32 to €86.
