Gourmet Restaurant The proud and beautiful Hotel Negrecoste is a historic house full of charm, enhanced by a vast terrace and a cuisine that soars above the basics. Compositions inspired by Provence and the sea: artichokes in tempura stuffed with gambas in reduced barigoule broth, monkfish with green cabbage and Colonnata bacon, squab on a trunk of giblets in crispy shallot jus... the plate is accomplished, well finished and well presented. Typical desserts (baba, lemon meringue pie, chocolate...) and a well-stocked cellar of regional wines. And Simone by the glass at €12 is an opportunity not to be missed!
