Gault&Millau's review 2025

With its three outstanding restaurants led by chef Matthieu Derible, who is taking over the reins, this 5-star hotel also knows how to distinguish itself in ways other than gastronomy. The château is a listed historic monument, and houses 7 of the 17 rooms and suites in a refined style overlooking the French garden. The other rooms are located in the longères. The estate also serves as an art gallery for contemporary artists Philippe Pasqua and Robert Combas. Spa services include Olivier Claire and myBlend treatments, hammam, sauna, fitness room and outdoor pool.
