The superb, typical building on the Cours Mirabeau is the ideal place to welcome customers to the Cour. Ronan Kernen knows his Aix public inside out, and gourmets won't go to the wrong address, because an evening at his place is always a success. The know-how, the intelligence of the menu, the choice of products, the precise execution, all combine to offer a true moment of pleasure: wagyu beef gravlax with mushroom, tarragon salsa and bottarga, turbot confit in saffron marinière with mandarin-roasted crosnes, lamb shoulder confit with chanterelle mushrooms in gremolata... The southern spirit is well combined with a vision of beauty and goodness, right through to desserts such as the mont-blanc marron pamplemousse creamy vanilla mascarpone. Tailored formulas, offering the contents of the menu with a few rare extras, at €65 for three courses and €75 for four. Well-stocked cellar, from South to North, with solid references.
