In the heart of the old quarter of Paris, a very attractive house where a well-honed team works faithfully together, chefs Thomas Roret and Julien Chevallier update the house tradition of Provençal cuisine with a contemporary twist: squid with celery pesto, fillet of sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke, chicken supreme with corn purée, lemon dessert, in a €35 lunch menu. Dinner offers seven courses for €80, and a good three-course formula for €55.
