In this wise, hushed bourgeois setting, the large €89 menu offers fine impressions with noble products, but the spirit and quality of the cuisine are the same on the simple €35 formula served for lunch and dinner except weekends, with, for example, celeriac jus with coffee, cod in brandade melba with mussels and cockles, chocolate mousse with caramel banana siphon and coffee ice cream. Good compromise with the €69 menu, well-stocked regional cellar, small selection by the glass.
