Gourmet Restaurant The peaceful, artistic tone of the Hôtel de Gallifet, a superb manor house where an art center is being set up, lends additional charm to this distinguished table, which is very pleasant in fine weather with its tree-lined courtyard. The cuisine is precise, light and refined, without unnecessary frills and respectful of taste: red tuna, heirloom tomatoes, tomato water and salicornia; grilled sea bream, lentils with Noilly Prat, cebettes and radishes, a veggie platter renewed according to the harvest; dessert with seasonal fruits, such as poached melon, melon sorbet and Campari. Good stuff from the small cellar (Revelette, Fontenille...) as well as the fillette de rosé at €11.
