Gault&Millau's review2025
The peaceful, artistic tone of the Hôtel de Gallifet, a superb manor house where an art center is being set up, lends additional charm to this distinguished table, which is very pleasant in fine weather with its tree-lined courtyard. The cuisine is precise, light and refined, without unnecessary frills and respectful of taste: red tuna, heirloom tomatoes, tomato water and salicornia; grilled sea bream, lentils with Noilly Prat, cebettes and radishes, a veggie platter renewed according to the harvest; dessert with seasonal fruits, such as poached melon, melon sorbet and Campari. Good stuff from the small cellar (Château Revelette, Domaine Milan...) as well as the sommelier's selection, which changes weekly.
