Chef's Restaurant Admittedly, the menu is a little short, with just two starters and two main courses, but Romain Schlumberger is a conscientious and well-informed chef who prefers to tweak rather than spread himself too thin. A good technique, a sense of harmonious flavors, everything works in this well-kept, well-arranged space, a chic bistro style, with a small terrace overlooking the street: carbonara of celery cockles mesclun emulsion marinière, filet of pollack lemon broccoli purée endives parsley tuberous, chocolate tartlet yogurt ice cream. In the evening, the complete sequence costs €49, and €60 with an extra course.
