Chef's Restaurant These little salons, where so many secrets have remained secret, still have a lot of charm, and for all those nostalgic for a carefree, futile and joyful Paris, the name Lapérouse still rings out loud and clear. For that little shot of nostalgia, but also for today's dishes, we like to stop off on the quays of the Seine to experience past and present in harmony. Benjamin Patou and his associates are determined to make this address even better, with increasingly refined cuisine that still combines small plates with big flights of fancy: escargots beurre persillé, foie gras, Belle Otéro lobster salad, Prunier caviar, plancha scallops with leek fondue, chateaubriand pepper sauce, timbale of rigatonis with caviar...
