Gourmet Restaurant This is the new Greek sensation on the Left Bank, located just opposite Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral. At the helm of this new bar-restaurant is chef Paul Evangelopoulos, dedicated to creating a cuisine for sharing, in mezzés or for two, following a dogma of conviviality. The peninsula is well honored, with fried squid and activated charcoal tarama, shrimp flambéed with ouzo, cherry tomatoes, feta, bisque and tomato sauce, zucchini fritters, feta and dill, orzo with braised osso buco and graviera cheese, orange cake, candied orange and vanilla ice cream.
