Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this timelessly charming hotel has been seducing guests for almost half a century, with its confidential guesthouse feel and Left Bank spirit. Velvet armchairs and antique woodwork adorn the lobby and the 48 rooms and suites, which feature Jouy fabrics, four-poster beds and precious Carrara marble bathrooms. On the first floor, the lounges bring travelers and Parisians together for tea or cocktails in front of the fireplace or in the ivy-covered garden. Equally elegant is the Guerlain spa, with its vaulted ceilings and ancient stone walls, featuring a fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms, for one or two.
