Remarkable Restaurant Camille and Soufiane's enthusiasm continues in this authentic stone house in Saint-Émilion. Their contemporary cuisine asserts itself with precision and technique: the gnocchi stuffed with oyster reveal a masterful pastry, enhanced by a verbena-mint juice that envelops the whole. The lamb shoulder confit is a real favorite: the perfectly cooked meat is accompanied by grilled sardines and gray shrimp, a bold but coherent combination, topped with a flavorful infused jus. The shaded terrace and spaced tables preserve the intimacy of this uncluttered setting. The sommelier efficiently guides diners to local products, using a menu balanced between accessible references and grands crus. The desserts reveal a two-stage construction: Florent strawberries, lovage sorbet and rhubarb jam offer a measured freshness dominated by tangy notes.
