Chef's Restaurant As you make your way down the stony slope, hold on tight to the handrail and let go of your grip in front of this distinguished eatery, which has now found its cruising speed and regularity with a cuisine based on traditional ingredients and enhanced by the ideas and ingredients of the moment, those that suit experienced tourists: pig's trotter endive confit guanciale et poutargue, fish of the day embeurrée de chou vert citron confit beurre blanc d'algues espuma pomme de terre curry noir, brioche en pain perdu sauce Suzette Grand Marnier glace vanille confit abricot prune raisin in a €48 formula that doesn't change too much and includes a vegetarian dish.
